Start from one end and walk through. Share dishes with friends to try more. The most popular stalls have the longest lines for a reason.

Din Tai Fung Timing

Arrive before 11:30 AM or after 2:00 PM to avoid the longest waits. The Taipei 101 branch is the most iconic.

Beef Noodle Etiquette

Add pickled mustard greens, chili oil, and vinegar to taste. The broth is meant to be sipped. Slurping is encouraged!

Bubble Tea Customization
