饒河街觀光夜市. Six hundred metres of stalls between Ciyou Temple and the Keelung River. Opens 17:00. Owl gates at both ends. Locals and visitors share the pepper buns and herbal ribs. A market, not a mall.

士林觀光夜市. The first-timer night market. Indoor food court plus surrounding streets. MRT Jiantan, not Shilin station. Huge on Saturday. Regulars often eat at Ningxia instead.

寧夏觀光夜市. A short Datong street of old stalls. Locals name this before Shilin. 臺北旅遊網 hours 17:00–23:30. Pair with Dihua Street in daylight.

華西街觀光夜市. Covered Wanhua market next to Longshan Temple. Snake-show fame is history. Eat after the temple, then walk Bopiliao.
