Vietnamese beef brisket pho stall at Raohe Street Night Market, Taipei.
136 Vietnamese Beef Brisket Pho is a stall at Raohe Street Night Market in Taipei's Songshan District, specialising in Vietnamese beef brisket noodle soup. The dish echoes pho, the Vietnamese soup of clear broth, flat rice noodles and beef that originated in northern Vietnam in the early 20th century, with slow-cooked beef brisket as its centrepiece.\n\nThe stall sits at No. 136 Raohe Street, within the roughly 600-metre market that became an official tourist night market in 1987 and runs west from the 1753-founded Ciyou Temple. Raohe Night Market opens daily from about 5pm to 11pm and lies a two-minute walk from Songshan MRT station (Exit 5) on the green Songshan-Xindian line, making the stall an easy stop for a hot, aromatic bowl after dark. It suits visitors craving a hearty, brothy meal within the night-market crawl.\n\nOrder a steaming bowl of beef brisket pho and let the slow-simmered broth warm you through at one of Taipei's most beloved night markets.Operating Hours

This is an amazing Vietnamese-style restaurant where the chef being able to cook scrumptious Vietnamese vegan food is Vietnamese. Robustly recommend enjoying a fabulous meal with your friends or your family here, especially for vegetarians.

Tucked away indiscreet Vietnamese Vegetarian Cafe in Raohe Market. The workers are really friendly and the place was a peaceful place for us to catch our breath in the midst of this Insanely Busy Crowded Night Market. Had the soup noodles which was really yummy.
